DBAO Vision is:

DBAO's vision is to "Eradicate Poverty from Afghanistan through Empowering Communities in Participatory Approaches." DBAO recognizes that poverty is a multifaceted issue beyond hunger and low income. It encompasses a broad spectrum of challenges, including social protection, personal insecurity, living in fragile environments, limited resources and living facilities, lack of awareness, inadequate access to education and healthcare, absence of essential technical skills, and limited participation in social and development initiatives. It also encompasses broader issues, such as economic challenges, political disparities, cultural inequalities, and discrimination based on gender, race, and religion.

To fulfill this visionary goal, DBAO strongly focuses on addressing basic human needs, providing services that enhance the overall quality of life, and empowering communities to manage their affairs effectively. This involves organizing training sessions to raise awareness of human rights and gender-related issues, enhancing the technical skills of local communities and farmers, and building the government's capacity to deliver essential services efficiently.
